CAMPS BAY NIGHT LIFE:
Here is another good reason to join CAMPS BAY NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH patrols http://www.campsbaywatch.org/en, we patrol sector 3 and, on one of our night patrols I saw a large male Kudu at the end of Oudekraal Rd. This is no joke, on a different occasion Fanie Geyser from African Dreams guest house also saw the Kudu while he was patrolling. This Kudu is becoming a Camps Bay legend, he must live on Table Mountain as that is where he hangs out. When we saw it framed in my headlights I thought it was a Christmas decoration erected by the residents of Oudekraal Rd, that is, until it bolted! I have also seen owls, small buck and porcupines. All of this and only 7 minutes from CAPE TOWN CBD. If you want a game drive at night, join the Camps Bay neighbourhood watch http://www.campsbaywatch.org/en  night patrol and let us know what you see.
